A man has died after a single-vehicle crash at Jamberoo.
About 5.50pm, Wednesday 12 August 2026, emergency services were called to Jamberoo Mountain Road, following reports of a truck crash.
Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District attended and found a truck had left the roadway.
A passenger inside the truck, a man believed to be aged in his 20s, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics; however, he could not be revived and died at the scene.
He is yet to be formally identified.
The driver and a second passenger, both males aged in their 20s, were treated at the scene before being airlifted to St George Hospital.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation the circumstances surrounding the incident is underway.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
