Members of the Australian Traveller judging panel praised Bowral as inviting and
effortlessly appealing.

“They just wrap their guests up here in a cosy wool rug, plop them by a roaring fire and
treat you to five-star service. The smile never leaves my dial here,” said Catriona Rowntree,
Australian Television and Radio Presenter.

“Posh, pretty, and easy to like,” said Irene Jones, Host of Travel Oz.

“Bowral just gives me a warm and cosy feeling at the mere mention of its name. I love
visiting in autumn, so I can sit by a fire and with a glass of wine in the evening, visit
bookstores and cafe hop in the day,” said Katie Carlin, Australian Traveller Head of Content.
