Who is the William Campbell Foundation?

William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services and programs for vulnerable children. Our services and programs include the Permanency Support Program (Foster Care, Restoration, Adoption, Guardianship and more), Family Support Services and Clinical Services.

Established in 1998, William Campbell Foundation is located on the South Coast of NSW with offices in Warilla, Dapto, Bomaderry and Ulladulla.

Our founder, William ‘Bill’ Campbell was a child in care himself, separated from his sisters, living in children’s home, large institutions and foster care. Suffering instability, trauma and abuse, Bill was motivated to open a Foundation with a strong focus on ensuring children were safe and loved, as well as keeping siblings together wherever possible.

William Campbell Foundation is committed to permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.

WCF believes that every child has a fundamental birthright to be wanted, loved and nurtured and to be provided with a loving, stable family home environment. WCF is committed to supporting and creating positive opportunities to empower children, young people, individuals and families in our communities.

WCF are always looking for new Carers and Supporters to help the children, young people, individuals and families in our care. For information about the William Campbell Foundation and becoming a Foster Carer, visit our website or call.
