The countdown is on for Tulip Time Flower Festival 2026 with Council’s Shire Presentation teams hard at work planting thousands of tulip bulbs set to bloom into a spectacular spring display.

Returning from Friday 11 September to Monday 5 October 2026, Tulip Time will once again transform Bowral’s historic Corbett Gardens into a breathtaking sea of 80,000 hand planted tulips and colourful annuals.

This year’s theme, Together We Bloom, celebrates community, connection and the shared effort that makes the festival one of the Southern Highlands’ signature events.

Visitors can enjoy a dynamic program of floral artistry, live entertainment and boutique market stalls, with the gardens open daily from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Extended opening hours until 5.30pm will be offered across the October long weekend, from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 October.

The massive floral display is designed, curated, and maintained with expert care by Wingecarribee Shire Council’s dedicated Shire Presentation teams.

Beyond Corbett Gardens, visitors can follow the Southern Highlands Flower Trail and discover additional floral displays, gardens, flower-focused events, farms and businesses across the Shire.

Wingecarribee Shire residents can once again enjoy free entry. Visitors will be able to purchase tickets online from July 1, 2026, or at the gate by card payment only.

Community members are also invited to join the Tulip Time volunteer team. Volunteers play an important role in welcoming visitors, sharing local knowledge and helping families enjoy the festival experience.
