Live music is meant to be fun, but a few bad apples recently tested Jessie J’s patience. During her August 15 performance at the Party in the Paddock festival near London, the 38-year-old singer was forced to stop her set when a brawl broke out in the crowd.

Instead of just watching security handle it, the “Price Tag” star took matters into her own hands. In videos shared across social media, Jessie can be seen looking visibly frustrated as she addresses the brawling concertgoers from the stage.

“Alcohol and Ego”

Calling out the bad behaviour, Jessie didn’t hold back. She rightly pointed out how ridiculous it was to be fighting at a music festival, especially with kids in the audience.

“This is alcohol and ego, just calm down,” she told the disruptive fans over the microphone. “To argue, to waste time about it… especially hitting people. Come on now, in front of children. Absolutely not.”

She tried her best to play peacekeeper, urging the angry fans to just “be kind” and reminding the rest of the crowd not to join in on the aggression.

The Ultimate Dismissal

When words didn’t work, Jessie made the final call to have them removed so everyone else could actually enjoy the show they paid for. In a cheeky twist, she even offered to cover their transport home.

“Just take them out, get them an Uber, I’ll pay for it,” she told security, earning massive cheers from the relieved crowd.

It just goes to show that while the singer might be all about the music, she definitely isn’t interested in the drama.
