In news that has the internet buzzing with positivity for once, Hugh Jackman is set to reprise his role as iconic X-Men member Wolverine opposite friend Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool 3 and it will mark both characters debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Characters were previously licenced with Fox Studios, but now fall back under Disney with the 2019 acquisition.
The pairing has been a dream for fans and teased by Ryan and Hugh in numerous social videos over the years, but was finally made official by Ryan Reynolds in a new video released through his social media channels.
Shawn Levy (Director of “Adam Project”, “Free Guy,” “Real Steel”) is set to direct and said on Twitter: “I want to take a minute to thank ‘Stranger Things’ for training me to keep my big mouth shut. This news has been burning a hole in my lips for weeks now.”

There are no plans to deviate from the R-ratings that set the tone for the previous films which had a combined worldwide gross of over $1.5 billion
Deadpool 3 is set for a September 6th 2024 release.
