Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Russell Willis, aged 39 wanted on an outstanding warrant for stealing offences.
He is described as being of caucasion appearance, about 165cm-175cm tall, medium build with brown short hair and trimmed facial hair.
He’s is known to frequent the Southern Highlands and Campbelltown areas.
