Police are hunting three armed men after a violent home invasion at Worrigee overnight.
Just after 8pm (Wednesday 9 August 2023), emergency services were called to a home on Golden Ash Close, Worrigee, following reports of gun shots.
Police have been told three men forced entry to the home and threatened the occupants, a 46-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman with a firearm, before two shots were discharged inside the home.

No one was injured.
Officers attached to South Coast Police District established a crime scene, and an investigation has commenced.
As inquiries continue, police are urging anyone who may have dashcam footage or CCTV or any further information which may assist to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
