Katelin McInerney, Labor’s candidate for the seat of Kiama, has announced that a Minns Labor Government will invest $110,000 to build a new nature playground at Minnamurra Public School.
The new playground will incorporate the natural environment that brings so many families to the South Coast, taking full advantage of what the region has to offer.
The current facilities at Minnamurra Public School are limited to one very small play area and this announcement will greatly improve opportunities for kids to play, learn and use their imagination while at school.
Ms McInnerney said, ” This school and their staff do amazing work for our community, and I believe it’s time the Government invested in bringing their facilities into the 21st century.”
