Fire and Rescue NSW Open Day

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) will throw open its doors this Saturday, offering practical safety advice and family-friendly activities.

Participating fire stations will showcase fire trucks, modern equipment and highly-trained firefighters from 10am till 2pm on Saturday 9 May.

There will be a range of free activities including firefighting demonstrations, station tours and safety presentations.

The public is encouraged to talk to firefighters about home fire safety, smoke alarms and risks relating to lithium-ion batteries.
