South Coast Farmers are being invited to have their say in a national wellbeing survey commissioned by dairy co-operative Norco and the National Farmers’ Federation.
The National Farmer Wellbeing Report was first released in 2023 and highlighted the lived experiences, challenges, and resilience of the nation’s farmers.
Findings from that report helped drive the formation of the Coalition for Mental Health and Wellbeing in Agriculture, which now has more than 60 members nationwide.

Norco Chief Executive, Michael Hampson, says the survey is being run again to track any emerging trends and determine where further support is needed.
