Winter may have just begun, but Wingecarribee Shire Council has spring in its sight with
planting underway for Tulip Time Flower Festival 2025.
The annual Tulip Time Flower Festival will feature a spectacular display of 80,000
mass-planted tulips and 15,000 annuals in Corbett Gardens, Bowral.
