The annual Tulip Time Flower Festival will return this spring, filling the Highlands with colour, entertainment and culinary delights from Friday 12 September to Monday 6 October 2025.
Corbett Gardens in Bowral will be transformed into a floral wonderland, featuring 80,000
hand-planted tulips and spring flowers in lush displays expertly curated by Wingecarribee
Shire Council’s Open Spaces Team. Entry is available from 9.30am to 4.30pm daily, with
extended hours on Saturdays until 6pm.

Wingecarribee Mayor Jesse Fitzpatrick said Tulip Time is one of the region’s most important celebrations.
“Tulip Time is one of those events that really brings the Highlands to life. It’s not just
about the flowers, it’s about family, friends and visitors coming together, supporting our
local cafes, shops and places to stay, and celebrating everything we love about living here.
It’s a proud moment for our community and a great boost for our local economy,” he said.
Wingecarribee Shire Council General Manager Lisa Miscamble praised the Team’s efforts
behind the much-loved festival.
“Tulip Time is only possible thanks to the dedication, expertise and creativity of staff and
volunteers who work tirelessly to bring it to life.
From hand-planting each bulb and nurturing the displays, to working closely with local
businesses to deliver extraordinary experiences that capture the spirit of Wingecarribee,
it’s a true labour of love that our entire community can be proud of,” she said.
Residents of the Wingecarribee Shire can attend Tulip Time for free, and as often
as they like, with no bookings required. A dedicated ‘locals’ entry will be available via
the Merrigang Street gate (alongside the Coaches/Groups entry). Proof of residency must
be shown on entry.
