Emergency Services have been called to a truck and car crash at Menangle Park.
The incident took place around 11:30am on the Hume Motorway, between Narellan Road and Picton Road ( Menangle rd overpass)
Paramedics says one adult and three children have been injured.

The northbound lanes of the motorway are closed.
Motorists can expect significant delays.
