National Parks is carrying out a three day hazard reduction burn in the Nattai ( nat – tie ) National Park from tomorrow.
The 100 hectare burn will take place in the Wombeyan Caves Road – Bullio Tunnel area.
Crews are aiming to reduce fuel loads in the area and protect powerlines, infrastructure and nearby residential areas.

The Rural Fire Service will also be providing assistance.
There might be a bit of smoke along Wombeyan Caves Road, Woodlands, the Bullio Valley and Mittagong.
Motorists are being asked to drive to the conditions.
