Shoalhaven City Council is seeking motivated and reliable Skilled Labourers to join our Southern Works & Services team based at the Ulladulla Works Depot. These roles involve hands-on work in the construction and maintenance of Council assets, contributing to the delivery of quality infrastructure for our community. The Key Responsibilities of these positions includes: • Perform manual tasks such as shovelling, screeding, raking, digging, lifting, and traffic control. • Operate and maintain small plant and equipment (e.g., chainsaws, plate compactors, concrete saws, vegetation trimmers). • Assist with minor construction and maintenance of roads, drainage, footpaths, recreational facilities, and other Council assets. • Complete standard paperwork including timesheets and safety checklists. • Work collaboratively in a team environment and respond to operational needs, including emergency call-backs. Being available to be on-call and complete reasonable overtime is a requirement of this position.
