About the role AJ Automotive is seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic/Technician to join our team in Bowral, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles. With your strong technical expertise, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers’ vehicles are serviced to the highest standard. What you’ll be doing Carry out scheduled maintenance and repair services on a variety of makes and models Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical and electronic issues Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards Maintain detailed records of all work performed Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques What we’re looking for Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic/Technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Customer service-oriented approach and ability to communicate effectively Passion for the automotive industry and continuous learning Valid driver’s licence What we offer At AJ Automotive, we are committed to supporting our team and providing a rewarding work environment.
