School Holidays Sound Bath Programs

At Meraki Wellness Hub Nowra during the Easter School Holidays we are offering 2 programs: 

Family Sound Bath Experiences and Singing Bowl Chillouts for 12-17 year olds.  

1. Your Family Group Sound Bath: Create memories as a family, enjoy a 30 minute sound experience with Jen Freeman from Healing Sounds Jervis Bay. Listen and enjoy Crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rainsticks and more. Relax and unwind in the calming Meraki Wellness Hub space. All ages welcome: max 8 per group inc at least one adult. $65 total. 30 minutes 

2. Singing Bowls Chillout with Jen. For 12-17 year olds. Chillout in the Meraki space while relaxing to singing bowls, chimes and a range of sound healing instruments. With a maximum of 8 per session, you can enjoy a detox and energy boost with sounds and vibrations known for their relaxing, healing properties.
