Part 1:  Charcoal  production via pyrolysis in three distinct processes using various woody materials ranging from sawdust to untreated broken pallets. Part two is the composting process which turns this charcoal into biochar – charcoal inoculated with soil microbes which provide sustainable soil fertility and plant growth.  Join us as we make biochar.  An information-filled day.
