A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder, following the discovery of a man’s body on a property in North Nowra in 2024.
In December 2024, Strike Force Bursteed was established to investigate the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of a 60-year-old man in North Nowra.
About 5.25pm yesterday (Monday 19 January 2026), detectives attached to South Coast Police District arrested a 29-year-old man at a home in North Nowra.

He was taken to Nowra Police Station and charged with murder.
