School Holiday Fun in Robertson

CTC Robertson is excited to be offering some more fun for the kids in the autumn school holidays – comic drawing workshops and a movie.

We are excited to have illustrator Marcelo Baez presenting two of his popular comic drawing workshops on Wednesday 16 April.  Learn to draw Star Wars Droids and Aliens at 9.30am or your own Marvel Spider-person at 11am.  Snacks and drawing materials will be provided. These are free workshops for 8-14 year olds.

The following week on Wednesday 23 April at 2pm there will be a screening of the movie Runt  (rated PG, 92 minutes). Based on the beloved best-selling book, Runt is the heartfelt and hilarious tale of eleven-year-old Annie Shearer and her best friend Runt, an adopted stray dog with remarkable abilities.  In a bid to save their family farm, the two aspire to compete in the Agility Course Championships at the prestigious Krumpets Dog Show in London, whilst overcoming hurdles, obstacles and nefarious villains.

Tickets for the screening are free for kids and accompanying parents.  Every young person 16 and under will receive a free ice cream. The café will be open to purchase other refreshments including coffee, hot chocolate, cold drinks and home made cakes.

Bookings are essential at TryBooking  https://www.trybooking.com/CUYSG or call 4885 2665. Both events are at CTC Robertson 58-60 Hoddle Street Robertson.
