About 87 per cent of eligible people in the Shoalhaven are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
In fact all local government areas in south-eastern NSW have topped the 80 per cent double dose benchmark, and all except Wollongong are above the 95 per cent single dose figure.
Wollongong's single dose vaccination rate is 91.1 per cent, according to figures released by South Eastern Primary Health Network Coordinare.
When it comes to double dose rates Euroboalla leads the way in south-eastern NSW, with 93.3 per cent of its residents fully vaccinated, while Kiama and Upper Lachlan are also above 90 per cent double dose for eligible residents.
Higher vaccination rates have opened the door for travel between regional areas and Greater Sydney to resume on Monday, November 1.
