Service NSW recently conducted an analysis of customer visiting patterns and collected feedback from staff across the network that showed the reduced opening hours no longer meets staffing resources and customer demand.
As a result, Service NSW is changing its operating hours across the network to optimise staff capacity and to better meet increasing customer demand.
From April 16 the new operating hours in the Shoalhaven Service Centres are:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Customers can also continue transact with Service NSW online and the Service NSW Contact Centre (13 77 88) remains operating from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
