Man allegedly attempts to avoid RBT during South Coast Police blitz


A 52-year-old man has been charged with high range drink driving after allegedly trying to avoid an RBT during a road blitz on the South Coast.

Police said the man was stopped after trying to avoid officers.

The man returned a reading of .241.

He's off to court and had his licence suspended.


Drug driving remains a concern with 23 people testing positive for drugs from 1265 tests over the four day operation across Nowra, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay and Eden.
