All of our local emergency services will be represented at this Sunday's Emergency Services Day at the Greenwell Point Bowling Club between 8am and 2pm.
This is the 14th year the event has been held and heaps of activities have been planned for the including the chance to get on board a rescue boat.
Marine Rescue Shoalhaven Unit Commander Bill Carter says people will be able to see first hand what it takes to be an emergency services volunteer.
The day is also an opportunity for interested people to join up.
Mr. Carter says it's important they get more younger people involved given alot of their volunteers are getting older.
