The opposition is mounting against a decision by the Commonwealth Bank to remove an ATM from Bomaderry.
The machine on Meroo Street opposite the railway station is due to be pulled out of service today.
Member for Gilmore FIONA PHILLIPS has described the move as heartless.. and will force many local residents to cross the bridge to make withdrawals.
Ms Phillips says she has contacted the Bank for a 'please explain'... and asked them to delay the decision while other options are considered.
She says she's also calling on the Morrison Government to take decisive action to address the difficulties Gilmore residents have in accessing banking services in the wake of the Banking Royal Commission.
