Members of the Nowra Culburra Surf Life Saving Club have been left devastated after the clubhouse was broken into over the weekend with more than $50,000 worth of equipment stolen.
That included first aid equipment, as well as a four-wheel drive beach vehicle, the vehicle found dumped in nearby bushland.
President Mitchell Pakes has labelled the acts as reckless but is grateful more damage wasn't done.
"They have some CCTV footage clearly indicating who it was and we're very hopeful that these people are brought to justice," Mr Pakes said.
"It's extremely upsetting, especially for a small coastal community like Culburra Beach, we're only a relatively small Surf Club in the scheme of things," he said.
Two offenders have been arrested and are assisting police with their enquires.
