Labor Candidate for South Coast Annette Alldrick has fired back at suggestions her party will do nothing to duplicate the Princes Highway South of Nowra, saying they have an announcement that's only days away.
During her Nowra visit earlier this week, Premier Gladys Berejiklian said Labor will rip the funds out of the South Coast and put it back into Sydney.
If re-elected the State Government says it will invest $960 Million into the Shoalhaven alone, Ms Alldrick says Labor will be announcing a similar plan.
"We haven't had the hold of the purse strings and the budget for the last 8 years, the Liberal party have and the population in that time has escalated to the point now where the Princes Highway isn't coping and something needs to be done about it urgently," Ms Alldrick said.
