The Valuer General has released a list of land values in the Wingecarribee for the year leading up to July 2018.

The figures are used by Revenue NSW to calculate land tax and by Wingecarribee Council to work out council rates.

There was a 20.3 per cent increase in industrial land, followed by 12.9 for residential, 11.5 per cent for rural and 7.3 for commercial.

Acting NSW Valuer General, Michael Parker says results are mixed across NSW.
