Telstra has come under fire for interruptions to its service in the Moss Vale area.
The communications giant is carrying out an upgrade to its 5G network and the work has impacted eftpos machines and ATM's aswell as people trying to make important calls on their mobile phone.
People also can't register QR codes unless they're with another carrier.
Regional Manager Chris Taylor said they messaged their customers about the upgrade and advised them about the impact to services.
" We've got to educate businesses about having a backup plan for connectivity, you cannot just rely on the mobile network ''.
We're being told the upgrade at Moss Vale should be completed in the next day.
