A number of improvement options for Station Street will go before an extraordinary meeting of Wingecarribee Council on Wednesday after the former project was scrapped by the Internal Administrator.
A total of $4.3 million dollars will be spent under the new proposal.
That includes $2.5 million on road pavement work between from Bong Bong Street through to Boolwey Street, a million dollars on drainage improvements and $500,000 on car parking.
$300,000 will also be spent of Camellia planting.
Council's Internal Administrator Viv May will be writing to our State MP's with the aim of using remaining grant funding on other projects within the shire.
