Bundanoon woman found guilty of manslaughter

A Bundanoon woman accused of killing her mother, has been found guilty of manslaughter in a Goulburn court.

Back in 2018, 68 year old Barbara Eckersley poured pentobarbital also known as ' green dream ' into her mother's soup, at an aged care facility in Bundanoon.

She obtained the drug during her time as a wildlife care volunteer in Canberra.

Eckersley was frustrated at the care provided to her mother and planned to move her to a nursing home in Coffs Harbour in the week she died.

She remains on Bail.
