A development application to transform the old Mittagong Maltings site is expected to go before the Joint Regional Planning Panel in the first half of this year.
Father and son duo Roy and Anthony Medich bought the dilapidated site in 2019, for $6.05 million dollars
They're planning to spend $68 million dollars on building a multi use facility which will include residential and tourist accommodation.
Wingecarribee Councillor Graham McLaughlin who sits on council's Heritage Committee has carried out a site inspection and is excited about what is being put forward.
