A Balmoral woman will spend at least 18 months in gaol after her car crossed onto the wrong side of the Hume Highway at Pheasants Nest, killing Julie Bullock her son Hudson and also critically injuring her daughter Sienna.
52 year old Athena Vibert suffered a a "complex partial seizure" moments before the crash.
However the court heard she lied about her epilepsy on four occasions when renewing her drivers licence.
Darren Bullock says there's an important lesson that's come out of the tragedy and that is for people with a medical condition, to makesure they're allowed to drive.
