Three individuals have been arrested following a series of home invasions in the South Coast region during December 2024 and January 2025.
The incidents, which occurred in West Nowra, Huskisson, and Vincentia, involved 3-4 offenders entering residences while occupants were asleep and stealing a total of four motor vehicles and two motorcycles.

Investigators from the South Coast Proactive Crime (SCPD) launched an investigation into the matter. On January 22, 2025, police from Southern Region executed search warrants at properties in Basin View and Wollongong.
During the searches, police discovered two loaded rifles within bedrooms of one of the residences. Additionally, investigators located key evidence such as clothing, a motorcycle, and several cannabis plants.

A 38-year-old female, a registered firearms holder, was arrested and charged with a series of firearm related offences. Her firearms licence was suspended, and her guns were seized. She is scheduled to appear before Nowra Local Court.

An 18-year-old male and a 19-year-old male were also arrested and charged with multiple offences, including stealing, property related crimes, aggravated break and enters, and firearm related offences. Both males were denied bail and are also scheduled to appear at Nowra Local Court today (23/01/2025)
