Bowral’s main street was in lockdown for several hours this morning..
Bong Bong street between Bowral and Boolwey streets were a no go area as the Police negotiated with a man.
Highway Patrol Units and the Police Rescue as well as NSW Ambulance crews were on stand-by.

A person was taken into custody just before 7.30am.
Bong Bong Street was reopened at short time later..
