Young people on the South Coast opting to travel more rather than buy a home

A new report suggests young people on the South Coast are feeling disenchanted and less optimistic than previous generations.

A tough housing market means many have given up saving for a home and some fear they won't be able to live out their dreams because of time and financial constraints.

Despite that, Katrina Barry from Contiki says it hasn't stopped them from wanting to change the world or their desire for travel.
